Person having a Cox account can also communicate with others like regular email communication. Creating the Cox email account

  • Open the page cox.com and go to My Profiles and then click on Register Now.
  • In the location pop up, select your state and enter the zip code in the box provided.
  • Then choose the type of address you want to register with Cox either Service address or Home address.
  • Provide the complete address and the zip code.
  • Then enter the Cox PIN provided to the customer.
  • Click on Continue To The Next Step and follow the instructions.

How to add cox email account?

  • Sign into your existing Cox account.
  • Then click on My Profile.
  • Again, click on the tab, Users and Email Accounts.
  • If user wants to add Cox account in the Primary account, then click on the primary user id and then select Create Account.If user wants to add account to the secondary account, then he have to click on the secondary id and then click on Modify user.
  • Confirm your choice by clicking on the tab comes up in the message box and its done!.
